Chocolate Through Time

Our talk this month was rather different but really interesting. NickTrustrum-Eve, dressed in period costume, educated us in the development of chocolate through the ages, even providing us with free samples of cocoa nibs, 18th century hot chocolate (which included cinnamon, cardomom and long pepper) and the first type of chocolate cream (made with sweet white wine and rosemary).
